Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Eleven SEO, including elevenseo.co and app.elevenseo.co (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Eleven SEO provides tools for keyword research, competitor analysis, AI visibility checks, rank tracking, site audits, backlink analysis and content planning and writing. We may add, change or remove features at any time.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your password confidential, and be responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old, and if you use the Service for an organization you confirm you are authorized to bind it.

3. Credits and plans

Most tools use credits. Free accounts receive a monthly allowance of credits, which we may change. Unused credits do not carry over unless we say otherwise. Paid plans are described before you are charged. They are sold by our reseller and merchant of record, Paddle, which collects payment and any tax, and they renew each period until you cancel. 4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break the law or infringe anyone's rights when using the Service;
• probe, scan or test websites you do not own or have permission to test, or use the URL-fetching tools to reach private or internal networks;
• attempt to bypass credit limits, rate limits or security controls, or interfere with the Service or other users;
• resell, scrape or bulk-export data from the Service except as the Service allows;
• share your account or your personal access tokens with others.

We may suspend or limit access if we reasonably believe these terms are being broken.

5. Third-party services and data

The Service relies on third parties, including DataForSEO for search and backlink data, Google Search Console and Google Analytics if you connect them, and AI providers (the one we connect to the Service, or your own account if you add an OpenRouter key in Settings). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms. Their data and availability are outside our control.

6. AI-generated output and data accuracy

Search data, AI answers and generated content can be incomplete or wrong. Review everything before you rely on it or publish it. We do not guarantee any ranking, traffic, citation or business result.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you add to the Service. You give us a limited licence to host, process and display it solely to operate the Service for you. You are responsible for having the right to use the content and domains you submit.

8. Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and branding, belongs to us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it in line with these terms.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service running, but it is provided without any promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change these terms; if we make significant changes we will tell you in the Service or by email, and continued use means you accept them.

10. Termination

You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the extent the law allows.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 50.
